What is Quad Day?
Quad Day is a huge event allowing new students to get to know all of the student organizations on campus. Over 600 student organizations set up booths on The Quad, inviting freshman and all interested students to come up, talk about what they do, and probably write down their email address for future communications. Quad Day is a great part of the beginning of a student’s academic career at Illinois.
In addition, The Marching Illini, the Fighting Illini Cheerleaders, and other student groups make performances.
